LASIM Contractors works from one office on Winbrook Drive in Whitehaven, on the south side of Memphis. Our regular footprint is Shelby County, the DeSoto County suburbs across the Mississippi line, and Crittenden County over the I-40 bridge in Arkansas: nine cities across three states, each with its own page and its own local detail.
The metro is unusual in spanning three states, and it means a roofing job in Collierville, one in Olive Branch and one in Marion each fall under a different building code, permit process and licensing regime; we work with the local building authority in every jurisdiction we operate in and tell you up front what permitting applies to your job. What does not change across the state line is the weather: the whole footprint sits in the same corridor of spring supercells, summer heat and winter ice, so roofs age the same way and fail for the same reasons whichever side of the river they are on.
