We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We store your contact and project information in our customer-relationship and job-management systems, which are operated by third-party software providers on our behalf. We share your information with your insurance company and adjuster only when you have asked us to assist with a claim. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Photographs of your property

During an inspection or a job we photograph the roof, the damage and the work in progress. Those photographs are part of your project record and, where you have asked us to help with an insurance claim, are shared with your insurer and adjuster as evidence. We do not publish photographs of your property on this website or on social media without asking you first, and we never publish an address alongside a photograph.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your request: to confirm an appointment, to let you know a crew is on the way, or to follow up on an estimate. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies with your project; message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan.

Security

The form on this site is submitted over an encrypted connection, and the systems where we keep customer records are access-controlled. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.

This site links to our Google Business Profile and may link to other third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
