Who we are
LASIM Contractors is a roofing and restoration company based in the Whitehaven area on the south side of Memphis, owned and run by Sherman Brown. We work across the tri-state Mid-South — Shelby County in Tennessee, the DeSoto County suburbs in North Mississippi, and Crittenden County across the river in Arkansas — on everything from a single leak repair to a full storm-damage rebuild of a home's roof, exterior and interior.
You may know us by our former name. The company operated as Q3 Contractors, and our Google listing, our yard signs around town and the reviews our customers have left still carry that name. The name on the truck changed; the owner, the crews, the phone number and the way we work did not.
What we believe a contractor owes you
Most of the frustration people have with contractors comes down to three things: not knowing who is in charge, not knowing what it will cost, and not knowing when it will be done. We built the company around fixing those three things. Every job has one dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. Every job gets a written scope and price before a ladder goes up. And every crew communicates daily, works clean and finishes on the schedule they were given.
We also believe premium work should not require a premium budget. We price competitively and we do not compromise on materials or craftsmanship to get there — the roof is the one part of the house you cannot afford to have done cheaply twice.

Where we work
Our office is at 3292 Winbrook Drive in Memphis, 38116, a few minutes from the airport, and most of our work is within about forty minutes of it. That covers Memphis itself and the eastern suburbs of Germantown, Collierville and Bartlett; the fast-growing DeSoto County cities of Southaven, Olive Branch and Horn Lake just over the state line; and West Memphis and Marion across the Mississippi in Arkansas.
Three states means three sets of rules. Building permits, inspection requirements and contractor regulations differ between Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas, and between the municipalities inside them. We work with the local building authority in each jurisdiction so the job is done the way that jurisdiction requires.
