Learn more ›When the damage goes past the roof
The storms that come through the Mid-South rarely stop at the shingles. A limb through the roof means a hole in the decking, rain in the attic insulation, water down the wall cavity and a stained ceiling in the room below. Hail that bruises the roof also dents the gutters, cracks the siding and breaks the window screens. A roof leak that went unnoticed through a wet spring becomes mold behind the drywall by July.
Most homeowners in that situation end up coordinating three or four separate contractors, each responsible for one piece and none responsible for the whole. We are set up to do the whole thing: secure the property, dry it out, repair the structure, restore the exterior and rebuild the interior, with one project manager running it and one insurance claim behind it.
That last part matters. The single most common reason a restoration goes badly is a claim that was under-scoped at the start, so the money runs out before the work does. We document everything before the adjuster arrives, and we meet the adjuster on site so the scope reflects the damage that is actually there.
How a restoration project runs
- Make it safe. Emergency tarping, board-up and water extraction first, so the damage stops getting worse while the claim is worked out.
- Document everything. Photographs, moisture readings and a written inventory of the damage — the evidence the claim will be decided on.
- Meet the adjuster. We are on site for the inspection with the documentation ready, and we walk the adjuster through what we found.
- Agree the scope. Once the claim is approved, you get a written scope and schedule. Nothing is ordered until it is aligned with the settlement.
- Restore and rebuild. Structure, roof, exterior, interior, in the right order, by crews who communicate daily.
- Walk it with you. The job is not finished until you have seen every part of it and signed off.
Why Mid-South homeowners choose LASIM for restoration
We have reversed denied claims
Proper documentation is the difference between a claim that is paid and one that is denied. One of our customers had a storm-roof claim denied outright, then fully approved after we inspected, photographed and presented it properly.
Whole-property, one contractor
Roof, structure, exterior and interior handled by one company under one claim, instead of four contractors blaming each other.
Fast to make safe, careful to make right
Emergency response is about stopping the damage. The restoration that follows is about doing it once, properly, to the same standard as new work.
Three states, local rules respected
Permits and inspection requirements differ between Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas municipalities. We work with the local authority in each.
What Mid-South Homeowners Say
Real reviews from our Google listing, quoted word for word. The listing still shows our former name, Q3 Contractors — same owner, same crews, same phone number.
“I can't say enough good things about Q3 Contractors. What started out as a stressful and frustrating situation turned into a smooth, successful project-thanks entirely to their expertise and dedication. Initially, my insurance company denied the claim for my storm-damaged roof, saying it wasn't severe enough to warrant coverage. I felt stuck and unsure of what to do next. That's when Trey of Q3 Contractors stepped in and completely changed the game. They did a thorough inspection, documented all the damage with detailed photos. Their knowledge of roofing and how insurance works was incredible. They knew exactly what to look for and how to present the evidence properly. Because of their efforts, the insurance company reversed their decision and ended up covering the entire roof replacement! The installation itself was just as impressive-professional, timely, and high quality. The crew was respectful, worked quickly, and left everything clean when the job was done. My new roof looks amazing and gives me total peace of mind. If you're dealing with insurance headaches or just want a company that truly goes to bat for you, I highly recommend Q3 Contractors. They went above and beyond for me, and I'm truly grateful.”
