Estimate requests

Submitting the estimate request form or calling us is a request for a consultation, not a contract for work. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time of inspection and is valid for the period stated on it. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by you and by us, and that agreement governs the work, the price, the schedule and any warranty. Nothing on this website changes or adds to that agreement.

Information on the site

The information on this website is general information about roofing and restoration and about our services. It is provided in good faith but is not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property, and it is not legal, insurance or engineering advice. Descriptions of how insurance claims typically work are general in nature; your policy and your insurer's decisions govern your claim. We are a contractor, not an insurance adjuster or attorney.

Communications

Insurance claims

Where we assist with an insurance claim, we do so as your contractor: we inspect, document, meet the adjuster with you and provide the estimates and completion paperwork the insurer requires. We do not negotiate your claim on your behalf as a public adjuster would, we do not waive or absorb deductibles, and we do not guarantee any particular decision by your insurer. The claim is between you and your insurance company; our role is to make sure the damage is presented accurately.

Emergency services

Emergency tarping, board-up and water extraction are provided to stop damage getting worse while a permanent repair is arranged. They are temporary measures and are not a warranty that no further damage will occur. Response times stated on this site are our normal practice and may be longer after a major storm that affects many properties at once; we will tell you honestly where you are in the queue.

Service area

The cities listed on this site are where we regularly work. We may accept or decline work outside that area at our discretion. Building permits, inspections and contractor regulations differ between the Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas jurisdictions we operate in, and the requirements that apply to your project are those of the jurisdiction where the property is located.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to LASIM Contractors or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent, except to share a link to the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LASIM Contractors is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on general information on it. This does not limit any liability under a written work agreement between us, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
